Overall Coach Score

The CFCS Coach Score recognizes both a coach’s contribution to the league and performance on the field.

Overall Coach Score = (League Standing × 70%) + (Season Success × 30%)

League Standing

League Standing rewards the work that keeps the league active, reliable and competitive.

10 PointsGames Played: Earn 1 point for each League Phase game played. A coach also receives the point when awarded a three-point administrative sim result because the opponent was unavailable.
10 PointsStreaming: Earn 1 point for each League Phase game streamed.
20 PointsStats Submitted: Earn 2 points for each League Phase game in which the required statistics are submitted.
10 PointsCoach Reports Submitted: Earn 1 point for each completed opponent Coach Report.
50 PointsCoach Reports Received: Opponents rate their experience with the opposing coach from 1 through 5. The coach’s average rating is multiplied by 10.

Coach Report ratings remain private during the season. Coaches can track the reports they have submitted, but ratings and written feedback are revealed only after the season. Individual reports are accessible only to league administrators.

Season Success

Season Success rewards coaches for meeting team expectations, winning games and performing in the postseason.

30 PointsLeague Phase Points Goal: Meet the League Phase points goal assigned to the team.
30 PointsLeague Phase Standing Goal: Meet the League Phase finishing-position goal assigned to the team.
20 PointsDesignated Rivalry: Defeat the team’s designated rival.
20 Points MaxLeague Phase Wins: Earn 2 points for each League Phase victory.

Added Before Weighting

Postseason Bonuses

Postseason achievements are added to the Season Success score before the 30% weighting is applied. These bonuses can raise Season Success above 100.

A coach finishes with a 96 League Standing score, a 100 base Season Success score and a +10 CFCS Championship bonus.

Following Season

Keeper Eligibility

To remain with the same team, a coach must finish with an Overall Coach Score equal to or greater than that team’s OVR.
