Information We Collect
CFCS may collect your name, email address, account profile information, assigned team, streaming links, game results, team and player statistics, recaps, and other league submissions. Google sign-in provides basic identity information such as your name and email address; CFCS never receives your Google password.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate league accounts, assign coaches to teams, manage schedules and standings, record game results and statistics, calculate coach scores, publish approved league content, and protect the integrity of CFCS competition.
Public and Private League Information
Standings, schedules, statistics, recaps, team assignments, and approved profile information may appear publicly on the CFCS website. Individual coach reports, report comments, and in-season feedback scores are restricted to authorized league administrators and are not displayed to league users during the season.
Service Providers
CFCS uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for website hosting, and Google for optional Google account sign-in. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. CFCS does not sell personal information.
Data Retention and Security
League records may be retained for historical and administrative purposes. Account information is retained while an account is active or as reasonably needed to operate the league. CFCS uses access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may request correction or deletion of eligible account information by contacting CFCS. Some competitive and historical league records may be retained where necessary to preserve official season results or enforce league rules.
